Marie-Anne has been at PIC for 24 years and still has the fire! Marie-Anne fights for justice and equal opportunities for all, especially for those who can’t speak for themselves. She’s not much of a singer but she can speak three languages fluently! |

Hazel Cole Family-School Partner- New Castle County |
Hazel Cole is a Family-School Partner in New Castle County and she has been here since November 2009. What drives her is helping parents of children with special needs with getting the best educational outcomes for their children. She is the mother of four daughters and last year she had a child at University, one in High School, one in Middle School and one in Kindergarten. |

Meedra Surratte Family-School Partner -New Castle County |
Meedra has been with PIC since November 2009, originally joining the organization as a volunteer. She learned about PIC as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) while looking for services for a child. She is driven by researching, sharing, advocating and working directly with families in the community. Meedra is the parent of an eleven-year old daughter and is looking forward to beginning her Master’s in Special Education in the summer. |

Maria Mendoza has been with PIC for nine years! As a Family-School Partner, she is passionate about helping parents of children with disabilities become the best advocates. She gets the greatest feeling when a parent asks a question and she knows she can answer! Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish. |

Ray Taylor has been a Family-School Partner in Kent County for six months. He is passionate about empowering people with information and consequently seeing their lives being changed. This is seen in his jubilant attitude and his completed Masters in Christian Education from Anderson Theological Seminary. |

Mila Wells has been working at PIC for two and half years as a Family-School Partner. Her passion is to help children get what they need and deserve to be successful at school. Mila lives on a farm in southern Delaware and raises dairy goats. |
